Cambodia says Thailand has launched more airstrikes as heavy fighting flares along their border. Both countries accuse each other of violating sovereignty.

LONDON -- At least seven civilians have been killed and approximately 20 others have been injured in Cambodia amid renewed border clashes with neighboring Thailand, according to the Cambodian Ministry of National Defense.

On the grey walls of a rural Thai school's concrete bunkers, a man calmly paints colourful scenes of helicopters, tanks, fluttering national flags and soldiers carrying the wounded.

Thailand launched air strikes on its neighbour Cambodia on Monday, the Thai army said, with both sides trading blame for the latest eruption of fighting on their disputed border which killed a Thai soldier.

Thailand says ordnance replanted by Cambodia has injured or maimed more than a dozen of its soldiers. Cambodia rejects the accusation.
